Start My New Podcast

One of my upcoming initiatives as the Director of Employee Experience for Fabletics is to launch an internal podcast. I'm new to the podcast world, so I started doing a lot of research and speaking with different people who had experience in this space. I thought it would be helpful to gather different perspectives on equipment, tools, and processes, and while it was all very interesting, it left me overwhelmed, still without any idea how to start.

When I met with Alex, I was prepared to just add on to my list of all the other things the internet had told me to do. So I was pleasantly surprised when, within our first 30 min meeting, he eliminated all the noise and had all the key steps & considerations distilled into a handy quick start guide. On top of being so organized, his easy-going nature made what had previously felt like an intimidating undertaking feel very attainable.
